I had the pleasure of working with Miroslavas as my coach when he worked with Humanitarian Coaching Network (HCN). I must admit its rare to come across a standout talent like Miroslavas in the coaching field. He expertly guided me to broadly tackle a difficult project I was handling by helping me to learn the fundamentals of breaking a big project to small biteful rocks and addressing each at a time. Before the first personal coaching sessions of my life, I didn't know what to expect. The questions were many: will I establish a trusting relationship with the coach and achieve the right level of openness? Will the coaching sessions be effective? Will they provide tangible benefits?
