The Coaching for Leadership programme is designed for managers who:
- Have at least 6 colleagues with whom they work together (your supervisor, and/or colleagues, and/or team members)
- Want to improve their management and leadership skills
- Are willing to work on this for one year
After completing this 1+ year process, you will:
- You will measurably improve your leadership in 1-2 selected areas (competencies)
- Turn the Coaching for Leadership methodology into a colleague-engaging growth process that fits your personal leadership style
- You will learn how to use this process to continuously grow yourself and your team members without the need for a coach
- Ensure and accelerate change in the organisation’s performance and culture
How does the one-year
leadership development process work?

Selecting the Initial Package
- A personal assessment test to determine the growth potential of the leader.
- The results of the test are presented to the leader.
- The manager makes a list of colleagues with whom he/she works together, including the line manager (if any), colleagues with whom he/she works most (other managers) and the team members who will participate in the GLA360 survey.
- An anonymous Global Leadership Appreciation GLA360 survey will be administered to colleagues on the list.
- During the coaching session (Session 1), the results of the survey are discussed, highlighting the most needed competences for leadership growth (1-2 competences). A further work process is also discussed with the manager, with the aim of continuously growing the competences so that month after month, colleagues can see a positive change in them.
- From the list of participants, the leader independently selects 5-7 colleagues who will help him/her on the path of leadership development.
- The leader draws up an action plan for each month in collaboration with the selected colleagues.
- The leader implements the action plans in order to grow his/her leadership.
If you choose the Basic Package, the following is included in addition:
- The colleagues chosen by the leader to support him/her on the path of growth are made aware of their role in achieving the desired/positive outcome.
- During the session (Session 1), the leader’s Authentic Leadership Model is created.
- Every four months, three interim assessments of the Leader’s competences are carried out.
- Additional coaching sessions (4 sessions) include discussion of interim results (3 sessions) and development of an action plan (1 session) for the period until the end of the Coaching for Leadership Growth process.
Guaranteed Results* is included in addition:
- Monthly coaching sessions for the Leader (12 sessions.) to create a monthly action plan, discuss and improve results.
- One interim coaching session per team, halfway through the Coaching for Leader programme. Dedicated to discussing results and ensuring continued engagement.

I’m Miroslav Miroslav Miroslav, I’m a practitioner. I am a coach and I have been involved in my professional life for over 20 years in leadership of Lithuanian and foreign business, NGO and political teams and organisations.
I have been contributing to the leadership growth of top-level executives for the same amount of time by designing and delivering leadership development programmes in the areas of leadership skills, strategic planning, goal setting and accountability rhythm, effective delegation, change implementation and performance management conversations in Lithuania and abroad.
I have been applying coaching methods since the beginning of my career and since 2019 I have started my career as a professional coach.
- In 2019 I became a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching Executive & Team Coach
- 2020 I became a Global Coaching Group (GCG) Global Leadership & Team Coach and a certified Global Leadership Assessment (GLA360) Coaching Specialist
- In 2022, I completed the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation from ICF
To date, I have conducted over 550 individual coaching sessions and delivered more than 800 training sessions and leadership programs. I have also facilitated 80+ strategic sessions for organizations and worked with over 11,200+ training and session participants.
