What is coaching?

Each programme is tailored to the client's specific needs and goals. It includes:
- An introductory session: to get to know each other and discuss goals.
- 10 individual sessions: for in-depth analysis and development of practical action plans.
- Regular sessions (every 1-3 weeks): to ensure continuity and consolidation of change.

- If we decide during the exploratory session how our collaboration will help you to achieve your goals, you will receive an email after the session with instructions for choosing the time and paying for the coaching package.

Hi, I’m Miroslav.
I’m Miroslav Miroslav Miroslav, I’m a practitioner. I am a coach and I have been involved in my professional life for over 20 years in leadership of Lithuanian and foreign business, NGO and political teams and organisations.
I have been contributing to the leadership growth of top-level executives for the same amount of time by designing and delivering leadership development programmes in the areas of leadership skills, strategic planning, goal setting and accountability rhythm, effective delegation, change implementation and performance management conversations in Lithuania and abroad.
I have been applying coaching methods since the beginning of my career and since 2019 I have started my career as a professional coach.
- In 2019 I became a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching Executive & Team Coach
- 2020 I became a Global Coaching Group (GCG) Global Leadership & Team Coach and a certified Global Leadership Assessment (GLA360) Coaching Specialist
- In 2022, I completed the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation from ICF
To date, I have conducted over 550 individual coaching sessions and delivered more than 800 training sessions and leadership programs. I have also facilitated 80+ strategic sessions for organizations and worked with over 11,200+ training and session participants.
