Delivery Policy
Delivery is available only within Lithuania, using parcel lockers.
The delivery cost is specified at checkout and may vary depending on the selected parcel locker, product size, and weight.
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the shipping date.
Digital products download links will be sent via email and will also be available on the /account/ page after logging in to your account.
Return Policy
Physical products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging.
The product must be returned using the same parcel locker and same courier service as it was received.
The buyer must notify the online store administration about the return request by sending an email to info@monkevicius.com, including the order number and the reason for the return.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued within 14 days at the latest.
Important: If you are returning a defective product (e.g., a book with a damaged cover), we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an undamaged product in its original packaging, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
As per European Union e-commerce regulations, upon receiving the returned product, we will either issue a refund within 14 days to the specified account or replace the product with another item. If a shipping fee was applied to your order, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Digital Product Returns
Digital products are non-refundable as they are intangible items.
